Merriest Trees

Hi Everyone, 

I'm back with the Merriest Trees Bundle today and this time used some pretty traditional Christmas colors.  I love this bundle because it has dies for every layer of the Christmas tree allowing you to make trees in varying sizes.  I stamped the big one in Mossy Meadow and then just used the dies for the trees in Real Red.  I did use 2 of the online exclusive products for this card,  the One Horse Open Sleigh DSP and the Hope & Peace Stamp Set.  So if you are itching to get your hands on some Christmas items before the Holiday Catalog comes out you do have a few options.

Autumn Leaves

Hi Everyone,

The Autumn Leaves Suite in the upcoming Holiday Catalog is gorgeous!  I stamped out a leaf and then used some Distressed Gold DSP for the veins of the leaf.  I combined it with the Delightful Doily Dies and added the Distressed Tile Embossing Folder for the background.  It comes together fairly quickly and looks like you spent a lot more time on it.

Merriest Trees

Hi Everyone, 

I decided to go with a watercolor look today using the Merriest Trees Bundles.  This is really pretty easy to do and I just love the effect.  I stamped the tree in Mossy Meadow onto watercolor paper and then used my Water Painters to drop a drop of water onto each bough and then gently filled it in.  I paired Mossy Meadow with Pretty Peacock which is not a color combination I have tried before but I really liked the 2 together.
