Seaside Wishes

Hi Everyone, 

Two of my more popular posts have been from the Seaside Wishes Buncle(here and here) and I thought I would share a different look with it with this card we made at class this weekend.  We made the background piece of the card by layering different stamps from within the set and borrowed a stamp from the Beauty of the Deep bundle.  After Cutting out the sand dollars with the hybrid embossing folder we used blending brushes with the Flirty Flamingo ink just to deepen it a bit.  I just love all of the pinks together and hope you do too!

Layers of Beauty

Hi Everyone, 

Happy Mother's Day to all who celebrate!  I'm sharing one of the Mother's Day cards I made for the big day.  The Layers of Beauty Bundle is just stunning and can be used in a variety of ways.  For this card I stamped the big image and then used Blends to color it in.  It takes a minute to color it in but I think its just so pretty and the rest of the card comes together very quickly.

Spotlight on Nature with No Line Coloring

Hi Everyone,

While Stampin' Up Demonstrators get to preorder from the upcoming catalogs we have just a selection from the Annual.  Spotlight on Nature and the coordinating dies were on the top of my list but I had to wait for May 1st.  As soon as my box came in I had to ink up this stamp set.  I went for a no line coloring effect by using Basic Beige to stamp in and then using my Stampin' Blends to color in.  Its a great way to get a different look rather than having the black lines.
