Delicate Pines - Sneak Peek!

Hi Everyone, 

I'm back with another sneak peek of the upcoming Delicate Pines Bundle.  This time I matched it up with the upcoming Peaceful Garden DSP & the Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper.  I just love the color combination of Secret Seas, Cloud Cover and Misty Moonlight together and love the touch of Glimmer Paper.  To top it off I used the Faceted Snowflakes for embellishments.

Delicate Pines - Sneak Peek

Hi Everyone, 

I'm with a THIS or THAT for you today using the new Delicate Pines Bundle.  For the first card (this) I cut the centers of the snowflakes out using the dies.  I also used a different DSP, Traditions of Christmas, for under most of the snowflakes.  For the second Card (that)  I left the snowflakes whole with a busier DSP, Elegant Pine. I had originally placed the cut snowflakes with the the Elegant Pine DSP but felt it was too busy to really see the snowflakes.  Which one do you prefer?

Gathering Moments - Sneak Peek!!

Hi Everyone,

For demonstrators, Stampin' Up launched the new Holiday Catalog as well as new Online Exclusives in early August.  For customers, these products will launch September 3rd.  There are so many fabulous upcoming products that I had to mix and match from 3 different bundles and 2 different DSPs for this card.  The leaf, acorns and Gather stamp all come from the new Gathering Moments Bundle.  But I also used dies from the Traditional Labels Bundle & the Branching Out Bundle.  The DSPs are from the Autumn Toile and Gathering Together packs which coordinate beautifully together.   For the big leaf I used a gel pen to do some faux stitching but you could actually use real needle and thread instead.  I will add links at the bottom when they are available.

Charming Day

Hi Everyone, 

Thought I would just pop on to share the birthday card I made for my daughter.  I used the wonderful Charming Day Bundle with the gorgeous Floral Charm DSP.   I don't think I would have every thought about putting these colors together but I've used the combo twice now and really like it. This isn't the first time that I have used the Party Banner Dies and it certainly won't be my last.  I love that the dies come in soooo many sizes and can be used for card elements or to make pretty banners as well.  For the main image, I stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and then just used Pecan Pie & Berry Burst Stampin' Blends in the dark shade to outline instead of coloring in.  I've been experimenting with using my Stampin' Blends in different ways an have really been enjoying it.
