Bird's Eye View with a Card Sketch

Hi Everyone, 

Sometimes when I get stuck for an idea I turn to a card sketch to help get me going.  So I decided to try my hand at making one.  After I made the sketch I used the Bird's Eye View Stamp Set and the Everyday Happiness DSP to make the card.  I decided to turn the sketch into a contest on my Facebook group if you would like to play along.  I do keep my FB private just to keep out spammers but if you would like to join us we would love to have you.  It's a smaller group but filled with wonderful people in it.  You can click HERE to join.

Mixed Florals

Hi Everyone, 

I thought I would share another look with the Mixed Florals Bundle that I made this past weekend.  I stamped the image twice in Memento Black on Very Vanilla and then used Stampin' Blends to color them in.  The sentiment comes from the Pattern of Friendship Stamp Set which I have already used quite a bit.  I also love the Neutral Matte Dots as you can really use them on almost any project.

Mixed Florals

Hi Everyone,

I was lucky enough to be able to go on a crafty weekend with my mom and my aunt and managed to make 25 different cards.  This one was one of my favorites so I thought I would share it.  I stamped the flowers from the Mixed Florals Stamp Set and used my Stampin' Blends to color them in.  I outlined the flowers with the dark Cherry Cobbler Blend and then filled them in with the dark Real Red Blend.  I love how these 2 colors blend so nicely together.  For the little flowers and leaves I used the light Crumb Cake and dark Crumb Cake Blends respectively.  The sentiment comes from the Poised Peony Stamp set.  My favorite details is the border from the Fancy Borders Dies which just came out in the latest Online Exclusives.
