I have a thing for tree stamps. I don't know what it is but chances are good that if a stamp set has a tree in it I either have it or its on my wish list. The tree in this set is simple but beautiful. The "leaves" in the set give you some versatility and can be used for all seasons just by changing the color. Today's card is quick and easy and uses what is probably my favorite item from the Holiday Catalog - the Black Glimmer Paper! While its located in the Halloween section of the catalog, I just love using it for a variety of projects. I especially love pairing it with Real Red for Christmas. The Pine Tree Punch is so easy to use to get the trees. I used both Basic Black and the Black Glimmer Paper for the trees.

I know I've mentioned it before and I know I'm in the minority but I just love snow and winter and anything snowflakes. So this bundle in the Holiday Catalog was a must for me. I love that the matching dies have some that coordinate with the stamp set and some are intricate stand alones. I often pair the dies with the adhesive sheets in the annual catalog to make adhering them to projects simple and easy. While I didn't do it for this project, the dies can be layered on top of each other to make new designs. Endless possibilites!
