Merry Snowflakes & Stitched Snowflake Dies

Hi Everyone,

I haven't seen too many samples using the Merry Snowflake Bundle out of the Holiday Catalog but I just love it so much.  I created this card by using the dies to cut out several different snowflakes and then glued them to a piece of Basic White.  To do this I flipped them over then used a sponge dauber to apply some liquid glue to the back and they stick right on.  You could also use the adhesive sheets but I find they get a bit too sticky when you have to pick out the small pieces.   For the sentiment I just embossed in white on Misty Moonlight.  And of course I added some white twine for an extra element.

Beauty of Friendship

 Hi Everyone,

For today's card I went a bit on the rustic looking side.  Sometimes when the Holiday Catalog comes out I forget about what's in the Annual Catalog but its packed full of wonderful things.  I used the Beauty of Friendship Bundle to make a Christmas card but this set is really beautiful for all seasons.   This type of stamp set also makes really nice masculine cards as well.

Heartfelt Wishes

 Hi Everyone, 

I'm so excited that its finally getting a bit cooler here in Connecticut.  I just love Fall and pumpkins and leaves and etc....  This card looks exactly like fall to me.  The Blackberry Beauty DSP is so pretty and the colors in it are gorgeous.  I used some Pale Papaya in the card even though its not one of the colors in the DSP but I think it coordinated so well.  The font in the Heartfelt Wishes Stamp Set is as equally as gorgeous as the colors in the DSP.
