Nothings Better Than

Hi Everyone, 

I was having a bit of a creative block this afternoon and was talking with my son.  He said let me pick out a stamp set and color and you can take it from there.  So he chose the Nothings Better Than stamp set and Mint Macaron.   I really hadn't used the stamp set in quite a while so it was nice to ink it up again.  The sentiment comes from an upcoming set called Brewed for You.  I mixed the Mint Macaron with Melon Mambo, Mango Melody and a new In Color - Orchid Oasis.  I love how the colors all look together and just love how the card came out.

Paradise Palms

 Hi Everyone,

I'm back today with a nice, bright and cheery card.  I just love the new In Colors coming in and wanted to showcase some of them.  I mixed Mango Melody with the incoming Parakeet Party and Sweet Sorbet and love how they all look together.  The Paradise Palms stamp set and Palms dies were introduced in the January-June 2022 Mini Catalog but are continuing into the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog.  I used them for 2 totally different looks you can see here and here.

Quiet Meadow

Hi Everyone, 

For today's card, I started with a piece of Mint Macaroon and then used my blending brushes with ink over it.  I started with Soft Succulent and left the middle of the card free from ink but went around the rest.  I then layered on Evening Evergreen around the edges.  The Meadow dies coordinate with the Quiet Meadow stamp set but can also be used alone.  There are so many ways you can layer and group them together that the possibilities are endless.
