Heirloom Boutique

Hi Everyone,

I have to admit that Golden Glow was not my favorite new In Color when I first saw it - in fact it was probably my least favorite of the 5.  However now that I have used it a bunch I realize how well it works with so many other colors.  It's a really nice golden yellow and has actually become one of my favorite colors to use.  For this card I used it with some Blackberry Bliss, Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather.  The gingham DSP in the back is from a new Online Exclusive coming out in July.  I really love how the colors work together in this card and hope you do too!

Splash & Relax

Hi Everyone, 

I thought since it is so hot & sticky here in Connecticut that I would share a card from the Splash & Relax Bundle.  To get the water look I used the new Water & Dotted Lines Decorative Masks.  I placed the mask over my Basic White Cardstock and then used a blending brush and some Hydrangea Hue ink to get the first layer.  Then I picked up the mask and twisted it and put down another layer.   I did this one more time and was happy with the result.  I have all of the items I used listed below but the Barely Blush Gingham DSP is an upcoming Online Exclusive for July.

All Aflutter

Hi Everyone,

I have to admit that I passed over this bundle with my first order from the May- August Catalog.  I am glad I caved and got it though.  We used it at my June class last weekend which I shared in my Facebook Group and I'm here with another look with it today. The butterflies come with a stamp to fill them in but for this card I used the Crisp Cantaloupe Blends.   And don't miss the tiny Butterfly Embellishment - they are out of stock at the moment but they will be back!

Rolling Waves

Hi Everyone, 

Summer is definitely not my season but I do love the beach.  This bundle just makes me want to be there sitting in the sand listening to the waves on the shore.  I  love how you can layer this bundle up mixing up different colors.  I went for a circle look for this card but in my last post with this bundle I used the whole card base.  You can look at that card HERE.
