Too Kind

   As promised here is the Mother's Day card I made for my Mother.  I combined a few stamp sets with this card including one that is on the retired list - Delightful Dozen.  I love this set and will be keeping it for quite some time I think.

Happy Watercolor

Hi Everyone!
     Happy Mother's Day to all of the Moms out there!  I'm lucky enough to have a an incredible mother and an incredible step mother, so I needed to make 2 cards.  This one is the one I will be giving my step mother later today.  I used blender pens and the lids of my ink pads to do the watercoloring.  You just press the lid to the ink pad while its closed and you will get plenty of ink to pick up in the lid when you open it.  Enjoy your day!

Work of Art

Hi Everyone,
  I made my cards for Mother's Day weeks ago and now I can't find them anywhere...  I've looked and looked but just can't seem to place them. So very frustrating!  So I took some time today and made new ones and while I was making them, I couldn't pass a chance to use the new Work of Art set again.  Here is the sample of that card, I will post the Mother's Day cards later in the week.

Chalk Talk

Hi Everyone,
     Chalk Talk is one of those sets that I really like but rarely use.  So I decided to go ahead and make something with it.  I love the fact that it has the matching framelits, but I did fussy cut the "something" in Pistachio Pudding.  I just love these 2 colors together, Pistachio Pudding and Wisteria Wonder, they just happened to be sitting together on my table so I used them for this card.

Wetlands meets Work of Art

Hi Everyone,

     I decided to use my 2 current favorite stamp sets together.  The large "swoosh" piece in the Work of Art set seemed to be a perfect background for the Wetlands set.  To get the lighter colors I just stamped off first with the Crumb Cake and Pool Party.  It's a really simple card to make!

Hi Everyone!
     Here is another sample I made using the new Work of Art stamp set.  This time I stamped on watercolor paper and used an aqua painter filled with water to go over the swoosh part.  I love the bright colors in this sample!

Work of Art

Hi Everyone,

When I was at the catalog premiere earlier in the week, I received a brand new stamp set from the new catalog called Work of Art.  While I'm not allowed to show the actual stamp set until the catalog is officially launched in June, I can show you any projects made with it.  This is a really great set with a ton of possibilities!  Hope you like the card I whipped up:
