Celebration Time Tags

Hi Everyone,

The Celebration Time Bundle has quickly become one of my all time favorites.  I saw this fantastic card on Su Mohr's blog and decided to make a tag which then turned into 3 tags....  They are pretty quick and easy to make and you can really use any color combo.  I used the new Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets to adhere the back of the tag together.  This works really well but if you don't have them you can always use the Fine Tip Glue Pen.  I love how many different adhesive products Stampin' Up carries, something for every need!

At Home With You

Hi Everyone,

One of my favorite things about Stampin' Up's Annual Catalog is all of the wonderful samples they include in it.  So for today's sample I cased the catalog with the At Home with You set.  This set is so versatile and can be used for all seasons.  I picked my favorite season of course and went for Christmas.  This set is really fun if you like to color, which I do.  It takes a little bit of time to pull together but I think its so worth it. 

For the background I used Stampin' Up's new Embossing Paste.  Its way easier to work with than I thought it would be.  I kept it white for this project but you can mix into any color you need.  Just make sure to plan a little bit ahead so you have time for it to dry.  Hope you try some out soon!

In the City

Hi Everyone, 

The Hostess sets in the new Annual Catalog are just amazing this year.  I know they are always good but this year I am even more impressed.  For this sample I used the In the City set.  Its a photopolymer set with 60 stamps and thats not a typo - 60!  You can make so many differnt scenes with them, the possibilities are endless.  I cased this sample from Carol Payne but changed it to a Wedding Card.  The beautiful Powder Pink Ribbon is actually shimmery but its hard to see in the picture.  Stampin' Up also makes it in Basic Black, Pear Pizzazz and Pool Party.  Its really gorgeous and so easy to tie into a bow.  Hope you try some out soon!

Hello Friend

Hi Everyone, 

I've been having lots of fun inking up new stamps from the new Annual Catalog.  One of my favorite new sets is Hello Friend.  It actually goes with one of the fabulous new kits in the catalog but its great to use on its own too.  I did a little bit of collage stamping on this card, putting one layer on top of another.  The hello stamp in this set might be my all time favorite out of the whole catalog!  

Sometimes its hard to come up with color combinations and I spend a lot of time trying to pick them out.  The color combination for this card happened a bit by accident.  I had a stack of paper to put away and 3 of the colors were stacked on top of each other and I just loved it.  I hope you do to!
