Sunburst Technique

Last Sunday I was lucky enough to attend a meeting at my Upline's house.  She had been at the Stampin' Up Convention the week before and had lots of great new samples to show us.  She also taught us a new technique call the Starburst.  I came home and tried a design of my own to show you.  It's an easy technique that looks much harder to do than it is. 

Supplies Used:
Stamp Set: Delight Dozen
Ink: Basic Black
Card Stock: Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Modern Medley DSP
Accessories: 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon in Very Vanilla
